Factory Setup
SS Group is spread over different entities in Tiruppur, a major textile and knit wear hub in the state of Tamil Nadu, 47 km from the city of Coimbatore.

Knitting
Knitting produces grey single jersey in diameter ranging from 14' to 36'. The knitting unit has the capability to produce 3,00,000 meters of knitted fabric per year.

Dyeing
The advanced in-house Dyeing/Finishing production facility, is rated best among the industry in the country for eco-friendly fabric processing, with advanced processing technology, we deliver eco-friendly products dyed with AZO-free-dyes, creating samples with any number of complicated colours amd ensure mass production.

Compacting
In the process of finishing knitting, compactors are crucial equipment. The compacting machine will handle a great deal of sophisticated fabric work. Fabric in tubular form is compacted using a tubular compactor.

Printing
Conventional, rotary, reactive discharge, and multicolor chest printing are all available in our printing facility. The daily output of the rotary printing machine is 2000 kg. Each day, the garment chest printing machine turns out 5,000 pieces.

Embroidries
We provide a beautiful selection of embroidery to match any style and any type of clothing. You may select from a variety of patterns, colours, and designs that are fully computer-aided, fully automatic machines, allowing for the most intricate appliqué work and unique embroideries up to 12 colours.

Cutting
A garment cannot be manufactured without cutting, which is the key step in the process. Cutting is done in our company by individuals who are highly talented and attentive. Modern hand cutters and pattern cutting equipment are used.

Stitching
We have one hundred machines for sewing clothes. Machines for overlocking, flatlocking, and lock stitching are from Pegasus and Juki, respectively, in Japan. Each and every machine has automatic thread trimming and dust collecting.

Checking
The completed garment is then thoroughly examined by competent supervisors, who pay close attention to even the smallest imperfections.

Ironing
We take the utmost care because this is the final figuring of a garment. Our team of professional checkers goes through three phases of checking. initial, middle, and final Before the clothing enters the ironing section, it is filtered through three filters.

Packing
We purchase our packing supplies from reputable companies that cater to the needs of exporters of clothing. We exclusively use labels made by fully automated labelling machines that are Oeko Tex certified.
